The day starts in the morning by going to the market in Manado with our chef, to see, smell and taste the local culture and of course to buy the fresh ingrediënts necessary. We make use of local transport. |

The menu you'll prepare is determined along with you. You can make all your wishes known, vegetarian too. There will be a three course meal prepared. The food is prepared for all guests which are staying at the "The 4 Fish" at that time. |

Around 3 o'clock we begin with cleaning, cutting and making the needed "boemboe's". Our chef explains how the the different ingrediënts are prepared and how to use them. |

Naturally you'll have to cook too and there'll be a lot of cutting, wokking and jacking (cobek). If all the food is prepared we'll eat together and you and all the others can enjoy delicious Indonesian food. Now you can make a Indonesian meal yourself in your own home. |
